We want you to be fully satisfied with your Specialized gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in new, unused condition. Our goal is to get you back on the trail or road with the right equipment as quickly as possible.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your Specialized account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a digital return authorization.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
